Work Gym Equipment Presets
Tailored using only Dumbbells, Adjustable Cable Machine, Medicine Ball, and Benches.
Club-Only Drills (Home / Backyard / Range)
These drills use only your clubs to fix topped iron shots, increase swing speed, and balance rotational forces.
The Towel Low-Point Strike Drill
Fixes: Topped/Thin Iron Shots
Lay a flat towel on the ground about 2-3 inches behind a golf ball or tee. Practice making full swings with a 7-iron without touching the towel.
Flipped Driver Overspeed Swings
Fixes: Neurological Speed Barriers
Turn your driver upside down and grip it near the hosel. Swing as hard as you can 10 times in a row, focusing on making the "swoosh" sound occur at the impact zone rather than before it.
Opposite-Handed Balancing Swings
Fixes: Spine & Hip Asymmetry
Flip your stance and swing 10-15 times as a left-handed golfer using a mid-iron. Focus on a full shoulder turn and hip clearing.
10-Minute Daily Golf Mobility Routine
Do this every morning or as your pre-gym / pre-round warm-up.
